Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, such as holidays.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €60 EUR within Latvia. This offer does not apply to express shipping options or international orders.
International Shipping: International shipping is available and calculated at checkout. Please note that some international shipping options may not include tracking.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, additional import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and The Decor Ministry is not liable for any fees incurred during the customs process. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Shipping Responsibility & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The Decor Ministry is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or for packages left unattended in unsecured locations.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error or delivery issue, any re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Please note that we do not accept returned parcels that require additional postage upon delivery; such packages will be refused.
