Refund policy

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have already been processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Requesting a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thedecorministry.com.

Refunds for Canceled Orders: If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
All products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Sale items and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned.


Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at support@thedecorministry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at support@thedecorministry.com. Include a brief description along with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

As each of our pieces is handcrafted, slight variations and minor imperfections may occur, adding to the uniqueness of each item.

Please note that The Decor Ministry is not responsible for packages left outdoors for extended periods in extreme temperatures or adverse weather conditions.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered, The Decor Ministry is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure location and enabling delivery notifications where possible.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help.
